Tyler Core – Founder
Tyler Core was born in the Owens Valley in the shadows of the Eastern Sierra Mountains in a town called Bishop, California. He was exposed to old-school title methods at a young age from his father and grandfather, who built and operated the biggest Title Company in Inyo and Mono Counties, California. (And still the biggest to date!) After graduating from Bishop Union High School, Tyler continued his education at the University of San Francisco where he graduated with a degree in International Business Studies. Thereafter he joined his father in Title Industry and thrived in passing title evidence, while also managing parts of the Title Company. When Tyler Core is not on land assisting property owners in securing title evidence; He can be found flying through the clouds with his lovely wife and two amazing kids in the family Cessna 182 airplane.
Tyler Beadle – Founder
Tyler Beadle was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma before his parents decided to move to Seattle, Washington when he was three months old. After having a childhood he only remembers small parts of, he ended up in Bishop, California with his father and started the Sixth Grade. After going through the Bishop School District, he ended up graduating from Bishop Union High School. Thereafter, he decided to get his Business Degree at the local Community College while also working in title industry with Tyler Core. After reading many Title Books, closing transactions, and examining anything imaginable from family farm lands in the 1880s to multiple million dollar homes in Mammoth Lakes, he became a Title Officer. When not working in the office, assisting property owners with clean title; He can be found at home on the computer or out in the mountains camping and hiking enjoying the sun.
